How do you apply to have a posting on People First Jobs?

People-First Jobs is a curated list of companies who think about work and business differently and we emphasize the companies over job postings. If you'd like to post your jobs to our community, you have to go through an approval process and show how you put your people first.

To get started, create a profile and tell us about your company.

We consider a number of criteria as indicators of a people-first culture. You can review our criteria for more details.

Once you've filled out your profile, press the purple button at the bottom of the page that says "Submit for Review". We’ll review your profile within 1–2 days and follow up with you for any further details.
